-Nyla D' Salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone.
-There is a 48 hour cancelation policy. Any client that cancels an appointment within 48 hours, or is a no-show, will be charged for half of the scheduled appointment.
-All stylist have the right to reschedule/cancel any appointment if the client is 5 minutes or more late so as to avoid timing conflicts with their other clients.
-All retail products have a 30 day exchange policy. We do not refund any products for cash or services, no exceptions. You may bring the product back and exchange it for any other product of equal or lesser value.
-We have a "No-Charge Correction" policy. If there is anything wrong with the style you received, you have two weeks to call and have it corrected at no charge. We want to ensure that you are happy with the results.
-We accept cash, checks, apple pay, and credit card transactions. There will be a credit card Processing fee for any credit or debit card used for transactions. A card will be saved in your client profile. No card information will ever be visible to any staff member except for the last four numbers of the card. The card on file will be used for Express Pay or for missed appointments/cancellations.
-Please ensure that your phones are on silent mode while you are with the stylist or aesthetician. This is to be respectful of other clients as well as the staff to ensure there are no distractions or delays in your service. This will aid in your service being completed correctly and in a timely manner.
